Local dentists back Hull City Council as it considers community water fluoridation.

The Local Dental Committee which serves Hull is providing key figures to support the City Council as it considers water fluoridation to reduce tooth decay.

onepartpermillionhull.co.uk highlights that in March 2017 alone, 60 Hull children had general anaesthetics to remove decayed teeth.  They point to the evidence that 45% fewer children aged 1-4 in fluoridated areas are admitted to hospital for tooth decay.
